All grown up!

Recently I got a chance to reconnect with a childhood friend. It was fun to see how we have both grown and to think back of memories of getting into trouble together at church... :) She has such a beautiful family. I had a fun time walking around town with them while stopping here and there to capture some photos of them. Thanks you guys!

A day in the life of a one year old!

I had so much fun with this little guy and his parents. Never have I met such a smiley, camera ready one year old. It made my job pretty easy :) When I get asked to come and take photos of children, I like to try and capture them in their natural environment as much as possible. I know from experience that this little guy who you think will stay one forever, grows up way too fast and it's hard to remember what milestones they had accomplished, toys they couldn't live without etc.

Next, it was bath time. I have SO many cute images of him in the tub but this one was my favorite. He is such a happy boy!

This was our very lost shot, and very fitting. We wore him out, and there's nothing better for a one year old than ending the day with a little snuggling from mom!
